1. Acceptance.

    Use of the BAL.Limo (BookAlimos,Ltd) web sites at www.bal.limo.com, , the on-line reservation services (the “Services”) provided by BAL, and the Mobile Applications (each a “Mobile App”), are subject to the terms and conditions of use set forth below, which include BAL.limo’s Privacy Policy.

    PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEB SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THE MOBILE APP. BY USING THE WEB SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THE MOBILE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF AN INDIVIDUAL IS USING THE WEB SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THE MOBILE APP ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS ENTITY.BAL.LIMO (BookAlimos,Ltd) MAY CHANGE THESE TERMS OF USE FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE, AND SUCH CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE ON THE DATE THEY ARE POSTED ON THE WEB SITE. USE OF THE WEB SITE, THE SERVICES, AND THE MOBILE APP AFTER SUCH CHANGES HAVE BEEN POSTED CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL SUCH CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THE WEB SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THE MOBILE APP.

Terms and Conditions

Bal.limo (Bookalimos,ltd)
    Does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes. If the reservation goes over the scheduled time or there are extra stops, additional charges may apply.
  1. Please review Reservation details for accuracy. Information is considered true and accurate unless otherwise corrected by notifying us.
  2. Do not make any future or immediate reservations thru the driver. Always call the office directly to arrange upcoming trips.
  3. Requests for a preferred Driver(s) will be honored but are not guaranteed.
  4. Requests for service with less than 24-hour notice is subject to availability.
    Additional Stops:
    Any stops within a ten (10) mile deviation from planned trip route will incur the following additional charge:
  1. $25 - Sedan,
  2. $35 - SUV,
  3. $45 - Limousine,
  4. $55 - Van.
  5. Any stops beyond a ten (10) mile deviation from planned trip route will incur.
    Early/Late Pickups:
    Reservations with scheduled pickup times between 22:00am and 6:00am will incur an additional $25 charge.
    Holiday Rates:
    Base rates will be 2-3 times higher on the following holidays:
  1. Memorial Day,
  2. 4th of July,
  3. Labor Day,
  4. Thanksgiving,
  5. Christmas Eve [after 6:00 pm],
  6. Christmas Day,
  7. New Year’s Eve [after 6:00 pm],
  8. New Year’s Day.
    Special Destinations:
  1. Concert Venues
  2. Theaters
  3. Sports Venues
  4. Convention Centers
    Prices with Surcharges included:
  1. Airport Meet & Greet $0 up to $45
  2. Car Seat Service per trip $10 up to $25
  3. Holiday Surcharge $22
  4. Special Destination $22
    Miscellaneous:
    S.T.C. Miscellaneous up to 28% , [State Taxes, Local Taxes, Workers Comp, Vat, Gst, Hst, VAT, (if applicable) Tolls, Parking, Meet & Greet, Inside Pick up (if applicable) A 20% standard gratuity, based on the fare.
    Rates:
    Flat rates are available in some areas for airport transfer. These rates do not include applicable service charge, parking or tolls.
    As directed reservations will automatically have a Staging Fee added to the customer ride time. Please ask our representative the staging time for your route.
    All rides are charged a gas surcharge, STC service fee and gratuity. Prices do not include - wait time - stops - parking - tolls.....until final billing.
    Payment Terms:
    A vaild credit card is required to hold a reservation. If, for any reason, the guaranteeing credit card is not able to be charged, customer agrees to pay for the cost of service within seven days from the reservation date. Customer agrees to pay for any collection expenses and/or attorney fees and costs associated with Bal.limo
    (Bookalimos,ltd)’’s collections efforts.Hold disappearance varies depending on cardholders account.It may take up to 7-10 business days. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
    Airport Transfer:
    Please call from Baggage Claim Level for curbside pick-up. Airport regulations require Livery vehicles to remain in a staging area until their Passenger is ready to depart. Vehicles are not allowed to illegally park at the terminals. If Airport Security directs the Chauffeur to leave and circle the terminals again, the arrival of your vehicle will be delayed and additional charges will apply.
    Curb-Side Arrivals:
  1. Go to the baggage claim level and call 1-877-862-4285 # 1 when you have your luggage.
  2. Domestic flights: 30 minutes free waiting period from the time of flights arrival. Waiting time after this time will be billed as the same below.
  3. International flights: 1 hour free waiting period from the time of flights arrival. Waiting time after this will be billed as the same below.
    Meet & Greet Arrivals:
  • Domestic Flight Arrivals: Look for your greeter holding a sign with your name on it at the bottom of the escalators in the Baggage Claim Area.
  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes free waiting period from the time of flights arrival. Waiting time after this time will be billed as the same below.
  • International Flight Arrivals: Look for your greeter holding a sign at the information desk once you exit customs.
  • International flights: 1 hour free waiting period from the time of flights arrival. Waiting time after this will be billed as the same below.
  • If you cannot find your driver/greeter-do not leave the airport. Call us immediately as you will be billed in full
      • 1. Airport Arrivals may be cancelled up to 3 hours before scheduled pick up time only if the vehicle has yet to be dispatched, without incurring a charge. If reservation is cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time payment in full is required. There will be a full charge for any and all no-shows.         2.Airport Departures: There is a 10 minute grace period to enter vehicles arranged for Departures/Point to Points. After the grace period waiting time will incur charges in additional to the flat rate starting from the scheduled pick-up time,
    • at the rate of $1.25 per minute for sedans,
    • $1.50 per minute for stretch limousines,
    • SUVs and Vans, $3.00 per minute
    • for minibuses/Stretch SUV/Limo buses under 20 passengers and $4.00 per minute for specialty vehicles over 20 passengers(Limo-bus,Mini Coach buses).
        • The reservation will convert to a minimum of two hours charter for Sedans&SUV and of tree hours charters for Limousines,Vans and Minibuses if the waiting exceeds one hour. Additional Fuel Surcharges/Tolls/Parking are not included in the stated rate and will be charged at the completion of service to the credit card on file. An authorization hold will be charged on the credit card for the total amount due, and will be released once payment is made. Hold disappearance varies depending on cardholders account.

          3. Additional services (Stops,Tolls and Parking are not included) will be subject to additional charges, and are to be paid at the time the additional services are rendered.
          4. Flights can be especially unpredictable. We ask for your flight information to track your flight and help you avoid wait time fees. You have the option to disable the flight tracker and select an exact pick-up time, however we advise against this. If you disable the tracker you may incur unnecessary wait time fees or be kept waiting if your plane doesn't land when expected. When the grace period has passed, we will attempt to contact you several times. If we haven't heard from you we will cancel your ride 60 minutes after the grace period has ended. If you do not show up, you will be charged the wait time incurred plus all other applicable charges, with the exception of tip and tolls. If you need to extend the wait time, no problem - just give us a call.
          Luggage:
          Luggage capacity is based on standard size bags. To ensure a safe, comfortable ride, please inform us if you are traveling with any irregular luggage sizes or packages at the time the reservations are placed. Luggage must be safely secured in a closed trunk/luggage compartment for services to be rendered. Please note that the Chauffeurs will pick-up luggage from your door or building entryway. [The City of Chicago has banned limousines from parking on City streets and therefor the vehicle cannot be left unattended.
          Safety first at all times:
          All vehicles in Bal (Bookalimos,ltd)'s Fleet are considered non-smoking vehicles! The use of illegal substances is forbidden. The use of alcohol by minors is forbidden. There is no food/eating allowed in any vehicles
        1. Please note that Bal (Bookalimos,ltd)'s adheres to State of Illinois Statutes including but not limited to:
        2. Liquor Control Act: [235 ILCS 5] relating to distribution of Liquor and Transportation or possession of alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle. Drinking alcoholic beverages is only allowed in the Limousines and Sprinters that have privacy partitions. Bal (Bookalimos,ltd)'s does not provide liquor. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
        3. Public Health: [410 ILCS 82] Smoke Free Illinois Act. Smoking is not allowed in public vehicles.
        4. Child Passenger Protection Act [625 ILCS 25] regarding safety seats and seat belts. Children must be safely secured in accordance with Illinois laws. Child safety seats must be installed by the adult Traveler responsible for minor passengers. Bal (Bookalimos,ltd) does not provide child safety seats, however, for round trip airport service, we will store your car-seat at our office for a fee.
        5. Adult Seat Belts [Section 12-603.1] In accordance with the Illinois Vehicle Code relating to seat belts Bal (Bookalimos,ltd)'s Chauffeurs wear seat belts and it is recommended that adult travelers would likewise travel with their seat-belts fastened. Your cooperation is appreciated. Vehicle capacity is strictly limited to the number of seat-belts in each particular vehicle.
        6. Road Conditions: Bal (Bookalimos,ltd)'s is not responsible for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions (e.g. un-plowed roads during the winter, unsalted roads, accidents, etc.) or any other delays that are beyond our control. Bal (Bookalimos,ltd)'s is not responsible for delays or the termination of service caused by unsafe road conditions, unforeseen situations, mechanical problems, accidents or any other Acts of God.
        7. Custodial Fees: The client assumes full financial liability the costs incurred by Bal (Bookalimos,ltd) for any damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle and/or excessive cleaning costs. Client accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage and/or special clean up due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of the client’s party. This includes: burns, vomiting, broken stemware, scratches, stains, broken windows, mirrors, etc. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Fines are calculated per occurrence and are: Smoking/Burns: $250 Vomiting: $250 Special Cleanup: $250 Stemware: $50. Food: $250. Any additional damages will be quoted by the office.
        8. For any damages incurred client agrees to pay Bal (Bookalimos,ltd) or its authorizing agent at the time of incident or upon completion of service for such expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understandings or agreements. If the credit card supplied for additional charges is not able to be charged, client agrees to pay for the damages incurred within 5 business days.
